Theodore Gammon

FREEMAN — Theodore Gammon, 58 of Freeman, W.Va. departed this life on Thursday, October 1, 2009. Born in McComas, W.Va., he was the son of the late Richard and Dorothy Gammon. Ted was a graduate of Bramwell High School, Bramwell, W.Va.

Ted attended Bluestone Baptist Church and confessed Christ at an early age.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Sonja of Woodbridge, Va.; seven children: One daughter, Whitney; six sons, Theodore and Michael of Bluefield, W.Va., Richard (Lisa) of Wheeling, W.Va., Jermaine of San Diego, Calif., Theo and Patrick of Woodbridge, Va.; two sisters, Delphine (Clinton) Patterson of Bluefield, W.Va., and Wanda (George) Webb of Bluefield, Va.; four brothers, Richard Gammon of Freeman, W.Va., Robert (Jackie) Gammon of Charlotte, N.C., Jerome and Lamont of Charlotte, N.C.; eight grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, and a special friend, Connie Keith.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 9, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. at Greater Mt. Zion Pentecostal Church, with the Reverend Richard Davis, and the Reverend James Green officiating.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
